How To Uninstall cicero On Debian 8

To uninstall cicero just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just cicero

French and English Text-To-Speech for MBROLADebian 8.0contrib/sound0.7.2-3
sudo apt-get remove cicero

This will remove just the cicero package itself.

Uninstall cicero and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove cicero

This will remove the cicero package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for cicero then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge cicero

Or similarly, like this cicero

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove cicero
