How To Uninstall libnetlib-java On Debian 8

To uninstall libnetlib-java just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libnetlib-java

collection of mission-critical software components for linear algebra systemsDebian 8.0contrib/java0.9.3-1
sudo apt-get remove libnetlib-java

This will remove just the libnetlib-java package itself.

Uninstall libnetlib-java and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libnetlib-java

This will remove the libnetlib-java package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libnetlib-java then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libnetlib-java

Or similarly, like this libnetlib-java

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libnetlib-java
