Uninstall just c++-annotations-txt

sudo apt-get remove c++-annotations-txt

This will remove just the c++-annotations-txt package itself.

Uninstall c++-annotations-txt and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove c++-annotations-txt

This will remove the c++-annotations-txt package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for c++-annotations-txt then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge c++-annotations-txt

Or similarly, like this c++-annotations-txt

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove c++-annotations-txt
