Uninstall just cairo-dock-dbus-plug-in-interface-mono

sudo apt-get remove cairo-dock-dbus-plug-in-interface-mono

This will remove just the cairo-dock-dbus-plug-in-interface-mono package itself.

Uninstall cairo-dock-dbus-plug-in-interface-mono and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove cairo-dock-dbus-plug-in-interface-mono

This will remove the cairo-dock-dbus-plug-in-interface-mono package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for cairo-dock-dbus-plug-in-interface-mono then this will work.
