How To Uninstall cardpeek-data On Debian 8

To uninstall cardpeek-data just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just cardpeek-data

linuxTool to read the contents of ISO7816 smartcards - data filesutils0.8.3-1
sudo apt-get remove cardpeek-data

This will remove just the cardpeek-data package itself.

Uninstall cardpeek-data and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove cardpeek-data

This will remove the cardpeek-data package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for cardpeek-data then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge cardpeek-data

Or similarly, like this cardpeek-data

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove cardpeek-data
