How To Uninstall cdargs On Debian 8

To uninstall cdargs just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just cdargs

bookmarks and browsing for the cd commandDebian 8.0utils1.35-10
sudo apt-get remove cdargs

This will remove just the cdargs package itself.

Uninstall cdargs and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove cdargs

This will remove the cdargs package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for cdargs then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge cdargs

Or similarly, like this cdargs

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove cdargs
