How To Uninstall cdebootstrap On Debian 8

To uninstall cdebootstrap just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just cdebootstrap

Bootstrap a Debian systemDebian 8.0admin0.6.4
sudo apt-get remove cdebootstrap

This will remove just the cdebootstrap package itself.

Uninstall cdebootstrap and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove cdebootstrap

This will remove the cdebootstrap package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for cdebootstrap then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge cdebootstrap

Or similarly, like this cdebootstrap

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove cdebootstrap
