How To Uninstall cfi-en On Debian 8

To uninstall cfi-en just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just cfi-en

sudo apt-get remove cfi-en

This will remove just the cfi-en package itself.

Uninstall cfi-en and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove cfi-en

This will remove the cfi-en package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for cfi-en then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge cfi-en

Or similarly, like this cfi-en

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove cfi-en
