How To Uninstall chaosreader On Debian 8

To uninstall chaosreader just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just chaosreader

linuxtrace network sessions and export it to html formatnet0.94-7
sudo apt-get remove chaosreader

This will remove just the chaosreader package itself.

Uninstall chaosreader and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove chaosreader

This will remove the chaosreader package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for chaosreader then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge chaosreader

Or similarly, like this chaosreader

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove chaosreader
