How To Uninstall choreonoid-data On Debian 8

To uninstall choreonoid-data just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just choreonoid-data

Integrated robotics GUI environment - shared dataDebian 8.0science1.1.0+dfsg-6.1
sudo apt-get remove choreonoid-data

This will remove just the choreonoid-data package itself.

Uninstall choreonoid-data and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove choreonoid-data

This will remove the choreonoid-data package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for choreonoid-data then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge choreonoid-data

Or similarly, like this choreonoid-data

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove choreonoid-data
