How To Uninstall cl-metatilities-base On Debian 8

To uninstall cl-metatilities-base just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just cl-metatilities-base

linuxCommon Lisp set of utilities from Metabanglisp20120909-1
sudo apt-get remove cl-metatilities-base

This will remove just the cl-metatilities-base package itself.

Uninstall cl-metatilities-base and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove cl-metatilities-base

This will remove the cl-metatilities-base package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for cl-metatilities-base then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge cl-metatilities-base

Or similarly, like this cl-metatilities-base

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove cl-metatilities-base
