How To Uninstall cl-sql-mysql On Debian 8

To uninstall cl-sql-mysql just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just cl-sql-mysql

linuxCLSQL database backend, MySQLlisp6.5.0-1
sudo apt-get remove cl-sql-mysql

This will remove just the cl-sql-mysql package itself.

Uninstall cl-sql-mysql and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove cl-sql-mysql

This will remove the cl-sql-mysql package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for cl-sql-mysql then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge cl-sql-mysql

Or similarly, like this cl-sql-mysql

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove cl-sql-mysql
