How To Uninstall clam-networkeditor On Debian 8

To uninstall clam-networkeditor just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just clam-networkeditor

sudo apt-get remove clam-networkeditor

This will remove just the clam-networkeditor package itself.

Uninstall clam-networkeditor and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove clam-networkeditor

This will remove the clam-networkeditor package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for clam-networkeditor then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge clam-networkeditor
