How To Uninstall clex On Debian 8

To uninstall clex just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just clex

linuxcommand line file manager which uses the ncurses librarymisc3.15-1
sudo apt-get remove clex

This will remove just the clex package itself.

Uninstall clex and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove clex

This will remove the clex package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for clex then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge clex

Or similarly, like this clex

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove clex
