How To Uninstall clonezilla On Debian 8

To uninstall clonezilla just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just clonezilla

linuxbare metal backup and recovery of disk drivesadmin3.10.11-1
sudo apt-get remove clonezilla

This will remove just the clonezilla package itself.

Uninstall clonezilla and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove clonezilla

This will remove the clonezilla package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for clonezilla then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge clonezilla

Or similarly, like this clonezilla

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove clonezilla
