How To Uninstall clsync On Debian 8

To uninstall clsync just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just clsync

linuxlive sync tool based on inotify, written in GNU Cadmin0.3-1
sudo apt-get remove clsync

This will remove just the clsync package itself.

Uninstall clsync and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove clsync

This will remove the clsync package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for clsync then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge clsync

Or similarly, like this clsync

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove clsync
