How To Uninstall cntlm On Debian 8

To uninstall cntlm just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just cntlm

Fast NTLM authentication proxy with tunnelingDebian 8.0net0.92.3-1
sudo apt-get remove cntlm

This will remove just the cntlm package itself.

Uninstall cntlm and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove cntlm

This will remove the cntlm package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for cntlm then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge cntlm

Or similarly, like this cntlm

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove cntlm
