How To Uninstall coco-java On Debian 8

To uninstall coco-java just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just coco-java

linuxCoco/R Compiler Generator (Java Version)java20110419-3.1
sudo apt-get remove coco-java

This will remove just the coco-java package itself.

Uninstall coco-java and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove coco-java

This will remove the coco-java package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for coco-java then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge coco-java

Or similarly, like this coco-java

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove coco-java
