How To Uninstall code2html On Debian 8

To uninstall code2html just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just code2html

Syntax highlighterDebian 8.0devel0.9.1-4
sudo apt-get remove code2html

This will remove just the code2html package itself.

Uninstall code2html and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove code2html

This will remove the code2html package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for code2html then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge code2html

Or similarly, like this code2html

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove code2html
