How To Uninstall libatk1.0-doc On Debian 8
To uninstall libatk1.0-doc just follow these instructions.
Are you having problems? You can always add libatk1.0-docagain by following the instructions at this link.
Uninstall just libatk1.0-doc

This will remove just the libatk1.0-doc package itself.
Uninstall libatk1.0-doc and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libatk1.0-doc
This will remove the libatk1.0-doc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for libatk1.0-doc then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libatk1.0-doc
Or similarly, like this libatk1.0-doc
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libatk1.0-doc
