How To Uninstall libbox2d2.3.0-dbg On Debian 8
To uninstall libbox2d2.3.0-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libbox2d2.3.0-dbg

This will remove just the libbox2d2.3.0-dbg package itself.
Uninstall libbox2d2.3.0-dbg and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libbox2d2.3.0-dbg
This will remove the libbox2d2.3.0-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for libbox2d2.3.0-dbg then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libbox2d2.3.0-dbg
Or similarly, like this libbox2d2.3.0-dbg
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libbox2d2.3.0-dbg
