How To Uninstall libc3p0-java On Debian 8

To uninstall libc3p0-java just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libc3p0-java

library for JDBC connection poolingDebian 8.0java0.9.1.2-9
sudo apt-get remove libc3p0-java

This will remove just the libc3p0-java package itself.

Uninstall libc3p0-java and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libc3p0-java

This will remove the libc3p0-java package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libc3p0-java then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libc3p0-java

Or similarly, like this libc3p0-java

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libc3p0-java
