How To Uninstall libcephfs-jni-dbg On Debian 8
To uninstall libcephfs-jni-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libcephfs-jni-dbg

This will remove just the libcephfs-jni-dbg package itself.
Uninstall libcephfs-jni-dbg and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcephfs-jni-dbg
This will remove the libcephfs-jni-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for libcephfs-jni-dbg then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libcephfs-jni-dbg
Or similarly, like this libcephfs-jni-dbg
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcephfs-jni-dbg
