How To Uninstall libchromaprint0 On Debian 8

To uninstall libchromaprint0 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libchromaprint0

audio fingerprint libraryDebian 8.0libs1.2-1
sudo apt-get remove libchromaprint0

This will remove just the libchromaprint0 package itself.

Uninstall libchromaprint0 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libchromaprint0

This will remove the libchromaprint0 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libchromaprint0 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libchromaprint0

Or similarly, like this libchromaprint0

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libchromaprint0
