How To Uninstall libcln-dev On Debian 8

To uninstall libcln-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libcln-dev

Development library for Class Library for Numbers (c++)Debian 8.0libdevel1.3.4-1
sudo apt-get remove libcln-dev

This will remove just the libcln-dev package itself.

Uninstall libcln-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcln-dev

This will remove the libcln-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libcln-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libcln-dev

Or similarly, like this libcln-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcln-dev
