How To Uninstall libcloog-ppl1 On Debian 8

To uninstall libcloog-ppl1 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libcloog-ppl1

Chunky Loop Generator (runtime library)Debian 8.0libs0.16.1-5
sudo apt-get remove libcloog-ppl1

This will remove just the libcloog-ppl1 package itself.

Uninstall libcloog-ppl1 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcloog-ppl1

This will remove the libcloog-ppl1 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libcloog-ppl1 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libcloog-ppl1

Or similarly, like this libcloog-ppl1

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcloog-ppl1
