Uninstall just libcpl-doc

sudo apt-get remove libcpl-doc

This will remove just the libcpl-doc package itself.

Uninstall libcpl-doc and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcpl-doc

This will remove the libcpl-doc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libcpl-doc then this will work.

sudo apt-get purge libcpl-doc

Or similarly, like this libcpl-doc

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcpl-doc
