How To Uninstall libcpldfs20 On Debian 8

To uninstall libcpldfs20 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libcpldfs20

CPL functions for Data Flow System compatibilityDebian 8.0libs6.5-1
sudo apt-get remove libcpldfs20

This will remove just the libcpldfs20 package itself.

Uninstall libcpldfs20 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcpldfs20

This will remove the libcpldfs20 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libcpldfs20 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libcpldfs20

Or similarly, like this libcpldfs20

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcpldfs20
