How To Uninstall libcppdb-sqlite3-0 On Debian 8

To uninstall libcppdb-sqlite3-0 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libcppdb-sqlite3-0

SQL Connectivity Library (sqlite3 backend)Debian 8.0libs0.3.1+dfsg-1
sudo apt-get remove libcppdb-sqlite3-0

This will remove just the libcppdb-sqlite3-0 package itself.

Uninstall libcppdb-sqlite3-0 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcppdb-sqlite3-0

This will remove the libcppdb-sqlite3-0 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libcppdb-sqlite3-0 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libcppdb-sqlite3-0

Or similarly, like this libcppdb-sqlite3-0

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcppdb-sqlite3-0
