How To Uninstall libcsvimp-dev On Debian 8

To uninstall libcsvimp-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libcsvimp-dev

CSV data import tool for xTuple applications (development files)Debian 8.0libdevel0.5.0-2
sudo apt-get remove libcsvimp-dev

This will remove just the libcsvimp-dev package itself.

Uninstall libcsvimp-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcsvimp-dev

This will remove the libcsvimp-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libcsvimp-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libcsvimp-dev

Or similarly, like this libcsvimp-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcsvimp-dev
