How To Uninstall libcurlpp0 On Debian 8

To uninstall libcurlpp0 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libcurlpp0

c++ wrapper for libcurlDebian 8.0libs0.7.3-6
sudo apt-get remove libcurlpp0

This will remove just the libcurlpp0 package itself.

Uninstall libcurlpp0 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcurlpp0

This will remove the libcurlpp0 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libcurlpp0 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libcurlpp0

Or similarly, like this libcurlpp0

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcurlpp0
