How To Uninstall libcvector2 On Debian 8

To uninstall libcvector2 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libcvector2

ANSI C implementation of dynamic arraysDebian 8.0libs1.0.3.1-1.1
sudo apt-get remove libcvector2

This will remove just the libcvector2 package itself.

Uninstall libcvector2 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcvector2

This will remove the libcvector2 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libcvector2 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libcvector2

Or similarly, like this libcvector2

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcvector2
