How To Uninstall libdata-xml-clojure On Debian 8

To uninstall libdata-xml-clojure just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libdata-xml-clojure

library for reading and writing XML dataDebian 8.0java0.0.7-3
sudo apt-get remove libdata-xml-clojure

This will remove just the libdata-xml-clojure package itself.

Uninstall libdata-xml-clojure and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libdata-xml-clojure

This will remove the libdata-xml-clojure package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libdata-xml-clojure then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libdata-xml-clojure

Or similarly, like this libdata-xml-clojure

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libdata-xml-clojure
