How To Uninstall libdelimmatch-perl On Debian 8

To uninstall libdelimmatch-perl just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libdelimmatch-perl

sudo apt-get remove libdelimmatch-perl

This will remove just the libdelimmatch-perl package itself.

Uninstall libdelimmatch-perl and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libdelimmatch-perl

This will remove the libdelimmatch-perl package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libdelimmatch-perl then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libdelimmatch-perl
