How To Uninstall libdisruptor-java On Debian 8

To uninstall libdisruptor-java just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libdisruptor-java

Disruptor - High Performance Inter-Thread Messaging Library for JavaDebian 8.0java3.3.0-2
sudo apt-get remove libdisruptor-java

This will remove just the libdisruptor-java package itself.

Uninstall libdisruptor-java and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libdisruptor-java

This will remove the libdisruptor-java package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libdisruptor-java then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libdisruptor-java

Or similarly, like this libdisruptor-java

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libdisruptor-java
