How To Uninstall libdm0 On Debian 8

To uninstall libdm0 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libdm0

Data Management API runtime environmentDebian 8.0libs2.2.10-1
sudo apt-get remove libdm0

This will remove just the libdm0 package itself.

Uninstall libdm0 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libdm0

This will remove the libdm0 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libdm0 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libdm0

Or similarly, like this libdm0

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libdm0
