How To Uninstall libecore-input1 On Debian 8

To uninstall libecore-input1 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libecore-input1

Ecore input moduleDebian 8.0libs1.8.6-2.1+b2
sudo apt-get remove libecore-input1

This will remove just the libecore-input1 package itself.

Uninstall libecore-input1 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libecore-input1

This will remove the libecore-input1 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libecore-input1 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libecore-input1

Or similarly, like this libecore-input1

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libecore-input1
