How To Uninstall libeegdev0-dbg On Debian 8

To uninstall libeegdev0-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libeegdev0-dbg

Biosignal acquisition device library (Debugging symbols)Debian 8.0debug0.2-3.1
sudo apt-get remove libeegdev0-dbg

This will remove just the libeegdev0-dbg package itself.

Uninstall libeegdev0-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libeegdev0-dbg

This will remove the libeegdev0-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libeegdev0-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libeegdev0-dbg

Or similarly, like this libeegdev0-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libeegdev0-dbg
