Uninstall just libeet-bin

sudo apt-get remove libeet-bin

This will remove just the libeet-bin package itself.

Uninstall libeet-bin and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libeet-bin

This will remove the libeet-bin package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libeet-bin then this will work.

sudo apt-get purge libeet-bin

Or similarly, like this libeet-bin

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libeet-bin
