How To Uninstall libeet1 On Debian 8

To uninstall libeet1 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libeet1

Enlightenment DR17 file chunk reading/writing libraryDebian 8.0libs1.8.6-2.1+b2
sudo apt-get remove libeet1

This will remove just the libeet1 package itself.

Uninstall libeet1 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libeet1

This will remove the libeet1 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libeet1 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libeet1

Or similarly, like this libeet1

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libeet1
