How To Uninstall libefreet-bin On Debian 8

To uninstall libefreet-bin just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libefreet-bin

D-Bus activated helper binary to create efreet data cachesDebian 8.0libs1.8.6-2.1+b2
sudo apt-get remove libefreet-bin

This will remove just the libefreet-bin package itself.

Uninstall libefreet-bin and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libefreet-bin

This will remove the libefreet-bin package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libefreet-bin then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libefreet-bin

Or similarly, like this libefreet-bin

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libefreet-bin
