How To Uninstall libeiskaltdcpp-dev On Debian 8

To uninstall libeiskaltdcpp-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libeiskaltdcpp-dev

DC++ kernel from EiskaltDC++ (development files)Debian 8.0libdevel2.2.9-3+b2
sudo apt-get remove libeiskaltdcpp-dev

This will remove just the libeiskaltdcpp-dev package itself.

Uninstall libeiskaltdcpp-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libeiskaltdcpp-dev

This will remove the libeiskaltdcpp-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libeiskaltdcpp-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libeiskaltdcpp-dev

Or similarly, like this libeiskaltdcpp-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libeiskaltdcpp-dev
