How To Uninstall libexo-1-dev On Debian 8

To uninstall libexo-1-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libexo-1-dev

Development files for libexoDebian 8.0libdevel0.10.2-4
sudo apt-get remove libexo-1-dev

This will remove just the libexo-1-dev package itself.

Uninstall libexo-1-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libexo-1-dev

This will remove the libexo-1-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libexo-1-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libexo-1-dev

Or similarly, like this libexo-1-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libexo-1-dev
