How To Uninstall libfbclient2-dbg On Debian 8

To uninstall libfbclient2-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libfbclient2-dbg

collected debug symbols for libfbclient2Debian 8.0debug2.5.3.26778.ds4-5+deb8u1
sudo apt-get remove libfbclient2-dbg

This will remove just the libfbclient2-dbg package itself.

Uninstall libfbclient2-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libfbclient2-dbg

This will remove the libfbclient2-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libfbclient2-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libfbclient2-dbg

Or similarly, like this libfbclient2-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libfbclient2-dbg
