How To Uninstall libfplll-dev On Debian 8

To uninstall libfplll-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libfplll-dev

Library for LLL-reduction of Euclidean lattices, developmentDebian 8.0libdevel4.0.4-2
sudo apt-get remove libfplll-dev

This will remove just the libfplll-dev package itself.

Uninstall libfplll-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libfplll-dev

This will remove the libfplll-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libfplll-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libfplll-dev

Or similarly, like this libfplll-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libfplll-dev
