How To Uninstall libfreehep-util-java On Debian 8

To uninstall libfreehep-util-java just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libfreehep-util-java

FreeHEP utility libraryDebian 8.0java2.0.2-5
sudo apt-get remove libfreehep-util-java

This will remove just the libfreehep-util-java package itself.

Uninstall libfreehep-util-java and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libfreehep-util-java

This will remove the libfreehep-util-java package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libfreehep-util-java then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libfreehep-util-java

Or similarly, like this libfreehep-util-java

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libfreehep-util-java
