How To Uninstall libfyba0 On Debian 8

To uninstall libfyba0 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libfyba0

FYBA library to read and write norwegian geodata standard format SOSIDebian 8.0libs4.1.1-1
sudo apt-get remove libfyba0

This will remove just the libfyba0 package itself.

Uninstall libfyba0 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libfyba0

This will remove the libfyba0 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libfyba0 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libfyba0

Or similarly, like this libfyba0

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libfyba0
