How To Uninstall libgammu-dbg On Debian 8

To uninstall libgammu-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libgammu-dbg

mobile phone management library (debugger symbols)Debian 8.0debug1.33.0-3
sudo apt-get remove libgammu-dbg

This will remove just the libgammu-dbg package itself.

Uninstall libgammu-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgammu-dbg

This will remove the libgammu-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libgammu-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libgammu-dbg

Or similarly, like this libgammu-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgammu-dbg
