How To Uninstall libgammu-i18n On Debian 8

To uninstall libgammu-i18n just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libgammu-i18n

mobile phone management library (i18n files)Debian 8.0localization1.33.0-3
sudo apt-get remove libgammu-i18n

This will remove just the libgammu-i18n package itself.

Uninstall libgammu-i18n and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgammu-i18n

This will remove the libgammu-i18n package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libgammu-i18n then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libgammu-i18n

Or similarly, like this libgammu-i18n

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgammu-i18n
