To uninstall libgdata2.1-cil just follow these instructions.
sudo apt-get remove libgdata2.1-cil
This will remove just the libgdata2.1-cil package itself.
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgdata2.1-cil
This will remove the libgdata2.1-cil package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
If you also want to delete your local/config files for libgdata2.1-cil then this will work.
sudo apt-get purge libgdata2.1-cil
Or similarly, like this libgdata2.1-cil
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgdata2.1-cil
